PRAIRE DOG HUNTING

 

Our prairie dog hunts are located near Belle Fourche and Sturgis.  This is in western South Dakota, just northwest of Rapid City and east of the scenic Black Hills and Mount Rushmore.  Our Prairie Dog hunts include hunting, guide and transportation at a cost of $325 per 2 people per day.

 

 

COMBINATIONS

 

In some instances we can provide a combination of Walleye fishing,  Prairie Dog hunts and/or Grouse & Chicken hunts on the same trip.  Each hunt or fishing would be on separate days, and the standard cost per day for each type of hunt or fishing would apply. 

 

 

 

Deer, Varmint & Prairie Dog Hunting

VARMINT HUNTING

 

We provide varmint hunting from our Fairfax location.  Our  all inclusive package for Varmint hunts includes hunting, guide, transportation, lodging and meals at a cost of $250 per person per day.  Please call us to discuss your particular goals, most likely we can put together hunt to meet your expectations.

DEER HUNTING

 

Our whitetail and mule deer hunts will be located in Gregory County, SD.  Bow hunt tags are unlimited, gun hunters will have to draw for a tag in a lottery system.  Hunters should apply by July 1st.  There is also a special buck permit application if a hunter is unsuccessful in the general drawing.  Application for all licenses and tags is easy by going to the state website at http://www.sdgfp.info/Wildlife/hunting/INDEX.HTM

 

Deer Season Dates:           Bow:  Sep 27 thru Dec31

                                            Gun:  Nov 8 thru Nov 22

 

Deer Hunt Package:          $2,500/person for a 3 day guided hunt,                                                      lodging & trans. (not including license fees)

 

Trophy Buck Fee:  An additional fee of $2,500 ($5,000 total) is charged for bucks with a rack that has more than 10 points.
